Work safely on TaskLanceHub
Most problems on any marketplace start the same way: money or personal information moving somewhere it shouldn't. Here is what to watch for and what to do about it.
Warning signs
Registration or training fees
No legitimate client asks you to pay to start work. Any upfront fee to get a job is a scam.
Requests for passwords or OTP codes
TaskLanceHub staff will never ask for your password or a one-time code. Nobody else should either.
Moving payment off-platform
A client who insists on paying by direct transfer removes every protection the platform can offer.
Offers that are too good
Very high pay for very little work is the oldest pattern in online fraud.
Requests for free 'test' work
A short paid test is normal. A full project delivered for free is not.
Vague briefs and pressure
Unclear scope combined with urgency is a common way to push people into bad decisions.
How we protect the marketplace
Account security
Use a unique password, never reuse credentials, and sign out of shared devices.
Payment safety
Payments are being built against a licensed provider. Until one is connected, no money moves through TaskLanceHub and no payment protection exists.
Keep it on-platform
On-platform messages and contracts give moderators evidence when something goes wrong.
Understand badges
Email and phone badges confirm a contact detail only. Identity and business badges require a human review.
Risk scoring
Suspicious patterns raise a risk score and go to human moderators. We don't auto-ban on a single signal.
Blocking and reporting
Every job, profile, message and review can be reported. Reports go to the moderation queue.
Something looks wrong?
Report the job, profile, message or review. Moderators review every report and can suspend accounts, remove content and revoke verification.
