Unstarted work
Milestones that were funded but never started can be returned in full, subject to provider rules.
Partial delivery
Partially delivered milestones are resolved by agreement between the parties, or by the dispute process.
Platform services
Boosts, proposal credits and subscriptions are generally non-refundable once used.
